Billing and Payments

Jefferson Water and Sewer District  is pleased to announce the launch of its new online billing and payment portal through Invoice Cloud, offering customers greater flexibility to view and pay their water and sewer bills online.

Payment Options

 

  • Online*   Register for online billing or make an immediate payment
  • JWSD ACH  Have your payment withdrawn from your banking account at no cost to you.   Application Form

  • Make checks payable to Jefferson Water and Sewer District
  • Provide your name, address and account number with payments for timely and accurate processing.
  • Walk-In  cash, check/money order, and credit/debit payments are accepted at our office.
  • Dropbox  Payments may be left in the blue drop box at our office.

Delinquency Programs


  • Extensions Customers are allowed one extension per quarter or four total extensions per year. An extension will postpone your due date for up to two weeks.
  • Payment Plans Past due balances may be eligible for a payment plan to divide the past due balance up over a series of months to avoid delinquency processing and additional penalties.
  • Hardship Program Customers may submit a request for a hardship. Eligible customers may receive additional extensions, longer payment plan options, and possible waivers of current and future penalties. Click here to apply
