COVID 19 Notice
The coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is evolving daily, and Jefferson Water and Sewer District is closely monitoring developments as they occur. Our goal is to do our part to prevent the spread of the virus while continuing to provide safe water and sewer services to our customers. The good news is the District is prepared for situations like this, we have an in place contingency plan designed to protect our water supply and the essential operations to produce and transmit safe water. 

We have taken many steps to safeguard our operations and our staff. Some of the items that may affect you are listed below.

•In home appointments will be conducted safely.  Our technicians will remain at reasonable distance and will wear a mask if requested by the homeowner.

The District has programs for hardships, extensions and payment plans for past due amounts, as well as credit programs for qualifying incidents. Please contact our office and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
